THE TOURS

The Art Deco Experience

Come and experience a sample of what makes Napier the Art Deco capital of the world. Gain an insight into both the destruction wrought by the earthquake, as well as the gift of land it bestowed as it reshaped the City of Napier forever. Marvel at the elegance and compactness of the buildings of the “Newest City in the World”, and enjoy the detail and style of some of the beautiful private gardens in Marewa.

Wine and Food Tours

Let us whisk you away to some of Hawkes Bay's finest and most diverse wine and food venues. This tour can be customised to virtually any selection of establishments and timeframes, or sit back and be guided through a pre-planned taste and information sensation. The standard tours are as follows, or contact us for a personalised itinary and quote.

Note: these tours are 4 hours duration

Refreshments

All tasting fees are included in each of the tours above. In addition, a 3 course meal from a set menu is included on the Coastal Cruise, while the Taradale Traipse includes a Winery Museum Tour, a matched Food & Wine experience and generous food platter portion for each guest. A bottle of wine between 2 guests, to be enjoyed with the food, is also included for both tours.

Please note that the purchase of wine from the vineyards visited is not a requirement, but it is certainly encouraged. Our local wineries strive to offer very competitive cellar door prices, and your patronage enables them to continue to do so. Ask about getting the wine you purchase shipped to your home by a Marlborough based shipping company that specialises in transporting wine.
